Order Status

Did you recently have one of our specialists out to interview you? Please allow 2 weeks for completion of your DVD. Someone will call you and let you know when it has been complete and mailed.

If it has been over two weeks and you have not heard from us, please feel free to send us an e-mail. Please include your full name, date and time of interview and a phone number where you can be reached and someone will promptly return your call.

Are you having problems playing your DVD? If so, please send us an e-mail. Please include your full name, date and time of interview, a phone number where you can be reached and the problems you are having with the DVD. Someone on our technical staff will call you back and help solve the problem. If we cannot help over the phone, we will send you a new DVD, free of charge.
